I tie a tourniquette to my arm, letting it getting
numb and pale. Then, I cut down tomatoes in pieces and let the
audience compare my two arms and touch them. Then, I blend the
tomatoes and I free my tied arm. As I spill the tomato juice, the
blood flood returns to my arm, this becoming crimson red.
Consecration is the moment in the Catholic mass when the host and the
wine are offered and supposedly becoming the flesh and blood of
Christ.
